ABOUT CLIFTON STRENGTHS TRAINING

Did you know that people who focus on their strengths are:

  • 6x as likely to be engaged in their jobs.
  • 3x as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.

This workplace tool is based on 50 years of Gallup research with 2 million successful individuals from 48 countries.

By uncovering the talents that already exist in your team, we can help you strengthen relationships and maximise results. This is true for newly forming teams, as well as existing teams who wish to enhance their long-term performance.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Online Assessment:
  • Each member of your team will receive a unique code to complete their CliftonStrengths assessment.
Step 2: Strengths Report:
  • After answering a series of questions (approximately 40 minutes) each team member will receive a unique Top 5 CliftonStrengths report.
Step 3: Coaching:
  • Each team member will meet with a coach for 90 minutes to discover what they do best everyday.
  • Accredited coaching is provided face-to-face or online using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Step 4: Team Strengths Report:
  • You will receive a team report outlining the overarching patterns of strengths across your team, including how they relate to each other.
Step 5: Facilitated Team Training:
  • Your team will meet for a facilitated training session to discuss and maximise their talents as a group (typically 4-hours).
  • Each training session is unique and structured around the particular outcomes identified by the manager.
  • We typically deliver this component in-person, because it requires authentic conversations (i.e. these services are limited to Australia).
